Healthy Hours is the education and research arm of Start School Later, Inc. Through its activities, it helps fufill a core part of our mission: raising public awareness about the relationship of sleep, school start times and how it impacts our community.
Healthy Hours partners with organizations and researchers, building educational resources, and actively pursuing supportfor these critical efforts.
One of our first efforts is Sleep 101, an online, interactive program developed jointly with the Sleep Health Institute at the Brigham and Women's Hospital and initially targeted at incoming college students Sleep 101 was piloted at a handful of colleges in the summer and fall of 2016, with a target date of fall 2017 for full implementation.
