While New Paltz high schoolers start with a relatively luxurious 8:00am start, the district encompasses a large geographic area, with bus rides of up to one hour. As a result, it is still a challenge for high school students to get enough sleep. New Paltz, NY is the 24th local chapter of Start School Later, Inc and our fourth chapter in New York state. |
