Local Chapters

Start School Later is involved at the national and local level to advocate for the health and safety of school students with regard to school start times. We have Local Chapters working to initiate healthy school starts in their communities.  We also have partners who may have initiatives and goals that are outside the scope of Start School Later, but are complementary.  Some of our partners are listed here. 

Local chapters of Start School Later are also working to promote awareness and implement positive change at the local level while supporting Start School Later's national initiatives.

We currently have local chapters in Florida, Maryland, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Texas, Washington State and Wisconsin.
