 Howard County Election Information

For a complete list of candidates for Howard County elections, please see the Board of Elections website.

Howard County is transitioning to an elected school board based on councilmanic districts (five seats) plus two at-large positions in 2020. The student member of the board is elected by peers in a separate process.  The two top vote earners in the 2018 election (Chao Wu and Vicky Cutroneo) will occupy the at-large seats, with terms expiring in 2022.
