Start School Later Concord is working for safe, healthy school hours for the students in the Concord and Carlisle schools.
The Concord-Carlisle Regional High School serves students in Concord and Carlisle, and a high number of minority students in the Boston area as part of the METCO initiative. Unfortunately, while some Massachusetts towns have delayed their bell times in the interest of student health and safety, this school has a 7:30 a.m. start time, which is in direct conflict with the sleep needs of teens.
